Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account: your email address and sign-in identity (via Supabase Auth / Google).
• Your activity: assessment results, journal entries, coaching conversations, connections and contacts you create.
• Billing: subscription status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

2. How we use it

To provide the App: personalise your coaching, remember your type across devices, run the community, and process subscriptions. We do not sell your personal data.

3. AI processing

Coaching messages are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. Do not share information you wouldn’t want processed by a third-party AI service.

4. Anonymity in the community

Community and confession posts are shown under a pseudonymous handle, separate from the identified name you use in your Circle. We aim to keep these identities separate.

5. Sharing & processors

We use trusted processors to run the App: Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). They process data on our behalf under their own terms.

6. Your rights & retention

You may request access to or deletion of your data. Deleting your account removes your personal data, subject to records we must keep (e.g. for billing/legal reasons). Under Singapore’s PDPA you may withdraw consent and request access/correction.
