Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Enneagram Coach (“the App”, “we”, “us”) provides Enneagram self-discovery tools, an AI coaching assistant, community features, and related content. By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms.

2. Not professional advice

The App, including the AI Coach, is for self-reflection and education only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental-health care. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or a crisis line (in Singapore: Samaritans of Singapore, 1767).

3. Free trial & subscription

• Each account may start one 3-day free trial of the premium features. No payment card is required to start it.
• During the trial, AI Coach usage is limited to a set number of messages per day; other premium features are unlocked.
• A paid subscription renews automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel anytimefrom the billing portal (Settings → Plans & billing); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are shown at checkout and charged in the currency stated there. Payments are processed by Stripe.

4. Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we’ll review it in good faith.

5. Community conduct

Community and confession features are moderated. Do not post harassment, hate, illegal content, spam, or attempts to identify other users. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Your content & accounts

You’re responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in secure. You retain ownership of what you write; you grant us a licence to store and display it to operate the App.

7. Changes & contact
